I really think going camping right now isn't the best idea. She says the place sounds great, she even wants me to tell her how we like it". I told her all about it and she thought it was fine to go as long as you take it easy and don't lift anything heavy". Then I asked her about going to this camping place for a few days to relax. "She asked if you were having any more contractions. I told her that you and I took a walk in the backyard then had a nice shower and I also told her that I gave you a relaxing back massage". Would you like to tell about that phone call you were just on?" "I will in a few minutes. "Hey babe did you enjoy your nap?" "It was fine dear. I thanked the woman that was helping me and I said said I'd call back as soon as I talk to my wife. She doesn't seem to happy about it from the look on her face. She sees the website I'm on and she can figure out what my conversation is about. As I'm on the phone Regina comes walking into the living room and sits next to me.
I get the number and dial the office to ask a few questions. I start up my laptop and when it's ready I go to the camp website. I felt better about Regina and I possibly going away now. If you have any more questions just give me a call". "No worries I definitely will have them there". "So you are giving the ok?" "Yes I am but if anything should arise call the medical staff immediately". No carrying anything heavy and no walks for long periods of time". "Ok well in my medical opinion as long as she's not in any pain or discomfort I'd say she shouldn't have any problem to go away for a little while as long as she doesn't push herself. "How does Regina feel now?" "Well she's actually still taking a nap". "Well Doc honestly Regina is a little apprehensive about going away and I only have a week left of my vacation and I really want to make sure my wife relaxes, and what better way to relax than a luxurious retreat, especially after those damn Braxton Hicks contractions".

They have electricity, full kitchen, bathroom, AC/ heat and queen sized bed". Tents to actually do the roughing it type of camping, all the way up to the most luxurious type of camping you can imagine. There is a hospital just 2 miles away and they have a certified medical staff on the camp grounds. I found an awesome place only 30 minutes from here. "Well I want to take Regina camping for a few days, it's not as bad as you think. If you have a few more minutes I have something to run by you and I'd really like your opinion". "Well Doc, after our little walk and the shower, along with the massage, I don't think she was feeling anything other than being tired". When I was done I had to wake her up and help her into bed". What did you and Regina do after the shower?" "Well she wanted a nice back massage so how could I tell my wife who is pregnant with my child no? I set her up in a perfect spot and started the massage. We walked around the backyard like you suggested, we took a simple shower together. "Is everything ok Emma?" "Yes I think so. I try to get comfortable then a few minutes later the house phone rings. I put the water back on the coffee table. I end the call and finally drink some of my water. In my message I leave mine and Regina's name and ask for the doctor to call me back because I need to speak to her and ask her a question. I dial her office but of course it's closed and my message goes to voicemail. Once I come in from putting the grill away I decide to call Dr.
I do need to wake Regina up soon though, her and the baby need to eat. I kiss her cheek again then I leave to go put the grill away. I put the bottle of water on her nightstand. She's still sleeping soundly so I just leave her alone. Before I go out to take care of the grill I run upstairs with the water to check on my wife. I put my bottle of water on the coffee table and I look outside and see the grill I still out. The dishwasher is still going so I get 2 bottles of water out of the refrigerator, I shut off the kitchen lights before I leave the room and go into the living room. I double checked everything and it all seems nice and clean. I take a few paper towels and make sure I get any crumbs or sticky spots on our kitchen island and then do the same with the counters by the sink and the stove. I spray all the counters with the disinfectant cleaner. I put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, add the soap pods and start the machine. I make sure all the food is wrapped up tight and I put it all in the refrigerator for later. When I'm downstairs I start out in the kitchen.
